The mix is done for the first audio track of Folklore Urbano’s “El Barrio” Project, the latest production of Pablo Mayor’s Folklore Urbano Orchestra. The orchestra, with guests, will be recording a video in the heart of Spanish Harlem, in the coming weeks. “El Barrio” Project takes Pablo Mayor’s renowned Colombian band on a journey into Harlem’s “El Barrio” neighborhood steeped in the traditions of Puerto Rico and Cuba, with guest singers and percussionists who have played a leading role in the development of Latin music in NYC over the past several decades.
